How Do I Become A Business

How Do I Become A business?

Many utilize the art or game to achieve their spot in the marketplace. Public relations and nepotism are good cards to hold.

Then there are those that utilizes the principle to their benefit, or at least emulate a person/ leader that practices character growth and development, driven by passion and the need to make a change.

But how do I get there? How do I identify my product or service? How can I act or talk my way into the marketplace? How do I develop the will to keep going and wanting better?

Here’s how it’s done.

The Physical Aspect

A business might find it difficult to start earning without first gathering the necessary resources to carry out the work. This is referred to as capital. Similarly, an individual needs to gather the relevant resources to invest in themselves, preparing to earn. The business would need to recognise how it will contribute to society.

For a business to succeed it needs to earn money. This is done through their provision of product or service. This is regarded as a skill set, an individual must have some skill that can be used as leverage in the marketplace. Similar to goods/services, the more desirable the skill the more money can be traded for it.

A business needs to be sociable, and should aim to be popular in its sector. This will gain the upvotes for anything they bring forward to the industry which turnover into money and status. Liaising with people in the same industry/sector as yourself is networking. A social life is important to an individual as much as it is to a business. Being supported and celebrated amongst your peers highlights that you’re doing something favourable and this builds confidence to do more and greater.

It must travel- just as an individual does. Whether you go to a new country or go to a new part of town you may want to work there or provide your product or service there. Travelling will highlight to you new opportunities for more possibilities. Developing an understanding with how others live differently than you will show you how you can and convenience to their life and in turn earn.

While you’re making money don’t forget to give to charity, business or person. This could be a cause you really care about or an institution that has helped you get to where you are now. Giving to charity rewards an individual internally and externally and rewards businesses with a similar response.

Giving is in our nature and effectively it feels conducive to our well-being. Giving without a prompt, to the less fortunate than yourself, for nothing in return is considered a selfless act. Psychology reports the act of contributing to the world community boosts self-esteem and worth which subsequently lowers depression and lengthens life expectancy.

Giving to charity may result in the impact being doubled. Many employers are part of schemes that match their employees’ donation. A deduction in your tax bill may be implemented (dependent on your donation and the amount of tax you pay per year). Nothing is good news until the taxman says you get to pay less tax this year or even great news such as rebates.

The Mental Aspect

Imagination. Vision. Innovation.
In order for a business to survive it needs to have vision. Vision is what could be. Powered by the imagination – the ability to integrate fantasy with realities – visions help to produce something that’s done differently yet convenient to the masses – innovation.

The aim is to materialize that idea and make it start earning on its own with very little interaction from you. Similarly an individual needs to have ideas, visualize and see that it can be done. Through imagination you create your most ideal situation and it always looks perfect.

The big deal is how do I make what I see in my mind appear in front of me?

You can draft ideas from reflecting on your childhood albeit good or bad memories can help to trigger on how you can make the world a better place. Your life, the experiences thereof are yours to do what you want. Playing games is an influential way at developing perspectives and innovative ideas.

Once an idea seems sure and you have connected the patterns of your fantasy and your reality, planning is eminent to ensure its survival and money making abilities. Therefore a business needs a plan. This should include Capital; itemized everything needed and their costs to start making money. Operation; itemized the costing both fixed and variables of monthly outgoings up to and past breakeven point. Charges; these are your one-off expenses such as taxes, fees, maintenance, emergencies/ reserves.
The plan needs to reflect your foresight; how far into the future can you see yourself existing and how are you going to be prepared for it?

The best way to be prepared is to know. Granted you can’t know everything but you can make use of what’s already happened and speculate what can. Include contingencies.

Just as much as you can see your idea working, you can also see the many ways it won’t. This shouldn’t stop you from working on your profitable idea. Part of you planning the ways for your success is to also plan for your failures. What can you do if the sales are too volatile and you can afford rent this month but not next month? Or if a key staff member has fallen ill. Contingency planning also known as Plan B or C or D and so on.

Along with planning, an individual needs to continuously educate themselves of their own environment in order to enhance survival.

A business needs to be customer-first.
A business needs to know its customers and understand how best to serve them.
A business needs to know where its customers are and how best to reach them
A business needs to know what else their customers would appreciate. This could be an additional or innovative product/service or reward schemes.

Working smart is by studying what you’re working hard at. So it would serve you well to know what you work/try hard at. Once recognised, then the research begins and subsequently – a simple life.

Like you, your business can have poor mental health. This is caused when resources are not utilized effectively, either not enough assets to manage the business or too much that it takes up space/consumes funding but contributes little or nothing towards profit.

The mind of the individual operates the same way. It may have too much to work with and becomes bogged down or in lack of answers/solutions to its issues.

I often recall the adage ‘when overthinking, write. When underthinking, read.’

A solution to both business and individual is activities. You may not like writing. Or reading. Can’t blame ya. They are both boring on their own.

But activities, we do those by accident, just by acting on the need to move. And games are naturally part of how we overcome the day.

A business can put on activities. If you have too many assets this will utilize them more. Look at the things you have, look at what you can already do, been doing. In turn this will bring exposure and revenue for your business. Activities are a way to wellness for the individual additionally a transferable skill might be in development. Games played by businesses and individuals increases productivity as it develops mental and emotional stability and team chemistry.
